On this page we will elaborate on a warehousing and operations job we undertook for American toiletry brand, CLT USA.
The Challenge
Here, we were given the provision of supplying a warehousing and storage solution for CLT USA (Toiletries). This doesn’t sound too complex, until you take into account that we were undertaking warehousing operations for them whilst acting as their UK base, essentially attempting to help increase their UK presence.
The Solution
To tackle this this, we created and organised an account management team to undertake and oversee all client requirements, dealing with receipt, storage, despatch to customer support & returns. Everything to do with the supply chain, we were there to ensure a successful journey for their product, confirming the smooth running of our clients operations.
The Results
The client has achieved a UK presence with marginal cost, and ease.
